Juneau Alaska's premiere company for both corporate and social catering. The Silverbow has become known as Juneau, Alaska's finest and most innovative and affordable caterers. We specialize in specialty breads and pastries from our own bakery.

On site, we have the capacity of 50 for meetings, 60 for a sit-down meal or buffet, or 100 for a reception. We are licensed to serve wine and beer. Our facility has full audio video capacity with an 11 foot screen, lectern and microphone.

Off site, we cater events from 10 to 1,000 people, from a lunch delivered to your office to full service meals at Centennial Hall convention center. The Silverbow Inn, our lodging accommodation is located just two short blocks away.

If you have to travel to AK, Silverbow Catering is for you. From continental breakfasts to box lunches, from gourmet desserts to hot buffet dinners, all food served from the Silverbow kitchen is made by hand from scratch using all natural ingredients. We buy fresh when possible and locally when available. We do not buy industrially prepared frozen products for large or small affairs.
